Security Identity Certification

The safe collection and identification of citizen ID certification is adopted by governments all around the world. Combing with biometric characteristic, the Citizenship identification, has been applied to many occasions, including government elections, government registration, material distribution, customs clearance, etc. At the exhibition, Telpo not only provided and introduced a variety of new security identity technologies and customizable identity devices, but also , for the first time , proposed an identity solution about government identity verification plus face recognition technology.

In order to quickly promote bio-information registration, mobile identity collection and verification devices can facilitate the public officials to grasp their citizens’ valid information. The Telpo TPS360 is a mobile terminal with a fingerprint reader and camera. TPS360's fingerprint reader with STQC certification is conforming to ANSI/INCITS and ISO/IEC. Telpo also showed the biometric payment terminal TPS900, a fully-certified financial payment POS machine with a biometric module, which could provide higher security standards of payment. Biometric payment is gradually gaining popularity in the United States.

Face recognition has been applied to numerous fields in recent years as the face recognition support fast catching and the cost of copying faces is high. As the world's face recognition payments terminal leader, Telpo has launched a solution for government identity combing with face recognition biometric devices. Differ from the fingerprint recognition and Iris recognition with the fixed distance and slowly reading speed, the face recognition, has a wider range of recognition area and high precision. Telpo desktop face recognition products can quickly capture and compare user face information. In the government occasional work, officers can use face biometric registration to quickly and systematically retrieve and compare the faces inside the system and then find suspected visitors.

Biometric security has gained strong attention. Except for the device with fingerprints and face recognition, Telpo can customize finger vein biometric devices according to customers’ requirement. Different from identifying the biological features exposed on the surface, the vein recognition is niche and safe identification technology after converting the image to digital features. That image means mainly using the venous blood vessel image formed by the absorption of near-infrared light by hemoglobin that flow in the finger blood. Telpo has successfully developed and produced a vein recognition device. At the exhibition, Telpo demonstrated  the demo of this latest device to visitors.
